MRYHA Recreational League
U10 Mites/Squirts Ages 7-10: The season will begin with 3 practices before any games begin. Practices will be worked into the schedule; every 2 games will come 1 practice. The division will change on the fly for the entire season. U14 Peewees/Bantams Ages 11-14: The divisions start the season with 2 or 3 practices before starting their game schedule. Some practices will be scheduled during the season, but fewer than the younger divisions. The biggest change for youth players occurs in the peewee division as body checking and slap shots are now legal in this division.
Midgets: The Midget division begins with 1-2 practices before starting their games. Midgets may play 3 on 3 or 5 on 5 games depending on numbers.
All house teams end their year with playoffs and championship games.
