Manchester Regional Youth Hockey Association is pleased to announce our ADM-U10 program for boys and girls ages 7 to 10 ( must be born between 12/31/2001 and 12/31/2004). Our program will begin on Friday, September 30th, 2011 and consist of a 24 week season with a combination of practices and games twice a week. The season will run from September 30th, 2011 to March 25th, 2012 with a 2 week break around the Holidays.

The cost of this program is $450.00. 

Fridays from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. at the West Side Arena

Sundays from 10:15 to 11:15 am at the West Side Arena

Practices will consist of 3 to 6 skill stations with players divided into small groups and rotating through the different stations. An emphasis will be placed on balance, forward and backward skating, stopping, crossovers and agility skills. Stations will include puck handling, passing, shooting and the other skills needed to be succuessful in a game. Cross Ice Games will also be part of the practice plans.

Games will begin in early November. Using the first month of practices as an evaluation, players will be divided into balanced teams with a head coach assigned to each team. Teams will play a combination of cross ice and full ice games. Teams will play each other in house and will also play home/away games against other associations. Players will also be eligible to participate in New Hampshire Amateur Hockey Association jamborees that will be held throughout the State.
