Flames Board of Directors Looking for Nominees

MRYHA and the Flames could not exist without the dedication of our parents, coaches, and Board of Directors.  As a non-profit organization the Board of Directors is responsible for all operational aspects of our program ranging from equipment to scheduling, working with our various leagues, managing rosters, providing guidance for our coaching staff, and defining the long term goals and direction of our program.

Our board consists 13 members, both Officers (Executive Board) and Directors.  Members of the Executive Board are elected for two year terms and must be selected from current Officers or Directors.  Directors are elected for one year terms and are open to any interested individuals.  In any given year, 10 positions are open for election.  Many members serve for multiple years which gives the board stability and experience however new members are very important to keep our organization fresh and moving forward.

Scheduler, Director of Recreation, Divisional Director, Director of Fundraising & Special Events, Director of Strategic Planning, Director of Coaching, Director of Equipment, &  Referee In Chief
