The future is alive and well at West Side Arena!
The Mite Cross Ice team, made up primarily of first-year travel players, capped of an unbelievable year by winning the AAU state championship in Concord on Sunday. This team, which switched from cross ice to full ice back in January, never lost a game, putting together a record of 20-0-1 since the move to full ice. The team won two other tournaments along the way, capping off their amazing year with the championship win today.
I am extremely proud of the hard work put in this season by these kids and it all paid off for them," said coach Scott Proulx. "I am proud and thank the kids, my coaching staff, and parents for a great undefeated season."
