Registration

Prior to entry, everyone is required to:

  • answer screening questions at wsa.icovidscreen.com/visitors for the West Side Arena ; AND

  • use the QR code generated by the online question/answer process to check into the temperature kiosk and complete the screening process

All players must wear a mask while they are inside the facility.  Masks do not have to be worn while skating on the ice for hockey practice or games, but the mask must be put back on as soon as the player leaves the ice.
